1. B2B nature of services

Dexin provides business-to-business (B2B) auto parts trading and export services. Quotes, availability and pricing are subject to confirmation by our sales team.

2. Product information

Part numbers, images and descriptions are provided for reference. Final compatibility must be verified using OE numbers, VIN or professional inspection. We do not make unauthorized claims that aftermarket parts are genuine OEM unless explicitly stated and supported by documentation.

3. Quotes and orders

Submitting a quote request does not create a binding contract. Orders are confirmed only after written acceptance, proforma invoice (PI) or signed agreement, and agreed payment terms.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices may change based on exchange rates, freight, customs duties and supplier costs. Payment methods and terms will be communicated during order confirmation.

5. Shipping and import

Import duties, taxes and local compliance in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Intellectual property

Website content, logos and materials are owned by Dexin or used with permission. Vehicle brand names (e.g. Mercedes-Benz, BMW) are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dexin is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Our liability for any confirmed order is limited as set out in the applicable sales contract.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Guangzhou, China, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
